US ENTRY WAIVERS
A U.S. Waiver is documentation from the United States government. It supersedes your criminal record status or red flagged status at the U.S. borders. With a waiver you are able to cross the U.S. border freely without persecution or being turned away. Border patrols will have no grounds to deny you entry when you have a valid U.S. Waiver in hand,
It is illegal to cross the US/Canadian Border with a Criminal Record. You may be at risk for being refused entry or receiving a permanent ban to enter the United States. Canada and the United States of America share information regarding Criminal Backgrounds through CPIC. To cross the border legally with a criminal record, you are required to have a U.S. Waiver.
Our team of client service professionals will work with you and all Provincial, Federal and American government and organizations to collect all necessary documents required for an unsurpassed application.
